Let’s make my newest, favourite end of summer salad recipe — The Peachy Burrata Bomb! Shoutout to my friends Jen & Chris who first introduced me to this fantastic salad! A mix between garden and grocery this recipe is quick, healthy and dare I say impressive!
The beauty of this salad is the flexibility of ingredients you have available to you! I try my best to keep my ingredients as close to home as possible by choosing produce from local markets and my own kitchen garden however I leave the burrata making to the experts! Let’s get to it!
